- Suzy-Q's BBQ Shack opened Nov. 2002 at 2829 River Road. Located on the corner of Roswell Ave, in the Town of Tonawanda/Buffalo, N.Y. Our vision was to replicate foods served by a typical, southern roadside, bar-b-que smokehouse. We strive to follow this vision, by serving slow roasted bar-b-que'd meats, using char coal and smoking with fruit wood and hickory. Our BBq is served with your choice of our homemade K.C. and Carolina style BBq sauces, along with our homemade sides. Besides your standard BBq dishes, we have developed a few of our own; piglets, piggy pie, salty hog, BBq'd spaghetti,and heavenly hog. We're not a fine dining restaurant, we would just like to serve you the finest Bar-B-Que that we have to offer. We have been dedicated customers of Suzy-Q's since the first day they opened. Their food is absolutely delicious. You know the saying "You get what you pay for". Well certainly not at Suzy-Q's. You get way more than what you pay for!!! The portions are such that we always leave full and have enough leftovers to take home with us for another meal. We highly recommend this Bar-B-Que Shack to everyone. Fantastic job Bob the cook and Suzy, you are simply a delight!
